Moel y Cerrig Duon
Moel y Cerrig Duon is a Welsh Hewitt located in southern Eryri National Park (Snowdonia), sitting on the ridge above Bwlch y Groes, one of the highest mountain roads in Wales.
Standing at 624.5 metres (2,049ft) above sea level, it is a relatively straightforward summit to reach thanks to its high starting point. The summit itself is marked by a small stone cairn, with expansive views across the Aran Mountains, the Berwyn range and the surrounding Welsh countryside on a clear day.
